🔥 Reporting an Open Air Burn or Fire Concern
If you notice open air burning, unsafe use of fire pits, or any other fire safety concern within the Municipality of Clarington, please report it using one of the methods below.
1. Emergency Situations
If there is an active fire, immediate danger, or threat to life or property, call 911 immediately.
2. Submit a Service Request through the Municipal Website
If the concern is not an immediate danger:
Log in and navigate to My Support.
Click Open a New Case.
Choose Service Request Type: Fire Concern / Open Air Burning.
Provide the location, time observed, and a brief description of the issue.
Attach photos if available.
Click Submit.
3. Call Service Clarington
For non-emergency concerns, contact Service Clarington at 905‑623‑3379 during business hours.
