🗑️Reporting a Missed Garbage or Recycling Collection

If your garbage, recycling, or green bin was not collected on your scheduled pickup day, you can report it as follows.

 

1. Submit a Service Request Online

  • Log in to My Support.

  • Click Open a New Case.

  • Choose Service Request Type: Missed Garbage Pickup.

  • Confirm your address and specify which collection was missed.

  • Click Submit.

 

2. Call Service Clarington

  • Contact 905‑623‑3379 to have Customer Service submit the request for you.

 

Important Notes

  • Ensure waste was set out by 7:00 a.m. and followed collection guidelines.
