💡Reporting a Streetlight That Is Not Working

If you notice a streetlight that is out, flickering, or damaged, you can report it using the options below.

1. Submit a Service Request Online

  • Log in to My Support from the municipal website.

  • Click Open a New Case.

  • Select Service Request Type: Streetlight Outage.

  • Enter the nearest address or pole number and describe the issue.

  • Click Submit.

 

2. Contact Service Clarington

  • Call 905‑623‑3379 during regular business hours to report the issue verbally.

 

Additional Information

  • Repairs are prioritized based on public safety and outage location.

  • Some streetlights are maintained by utility providers and may require coordination.
