🛣️ Reporting a Pothole

If you encounter a pothole on a roadway, you can report it using one of the following methods:

1. Submit a Service Request through the City Website

  • Log in and navigate to My Support.

  • Click on Open a New Case.

  • Choose Service Request Type as Pothole Repair.

  • Provide a brief description of the location and size of the pothole.

  • Click Submit.

2. Call Service Clarington

  • For urgent safety hazards, call Service Clarington at 905-623-3379.

3. Escalate via Live Chat

You can also escalate the issue to a live agent directly in the "Let's Chat" chat window by requesting an agent. The agent can assist you and record the pothole issue on your behalf.
